Solution:
We researched, scripted, did the voiceover, animation, course programming and LMS management and implementation for Motherland Math. This course was created in 2019 as a interactive self-paced course for 4th - 7th graders. 100s of children and several organizations have benefited from this course.

We were able to design a portion of the course for engineers and lead the design of the course for product managers. As a result, Microsoft has learning tools to aid them in cultivating a more informed workforce that delivers the premium value their customers expect consistently.

Train-the-Trainer Package for staff of (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center's (GSFC) Technical Development Programs - In-person Training

The trainer who conducted the in-person training for how to teach scientists to give better presentations was set to leave in 6 months. The trainer tapped us to help create a training for the trainers that would replace him.
Problem:
Solution:
We conducted a needs analysis and created a curriculum for trainers to train scientists on the art and science and delivering a great presentation. As a result, the former trainer was able to successfully transition out of his position and the trainers that took his place had the confidence to continue to help their scientists present their work. Their new presentation skills aid the flow of funding into their research because it allows many introverted scientists to effectively communicate how important their work is to upper management.

Solution:
We created the curriculum, videos, assessments, discussion questions and graded quizzes in Canvas. As a result, Frostburg State University business students had the opportunity to learn about a new career field they can pursue upon graduation.

Problem:
During a time Boston Scientific was hiring hundreds of new employees, they needed to create self-paced courses to explain their service lines to new and current employees in order to ensure they are maintaining their high performance standard. They also needed their LMS updated with content for their high performing teams initiative.
Solution:
We created PowerPoint presentations that 800 employees can view and benefit from. We also updated their LMS with content for their high performance teams and managed two cohorts for them. As a result, Boston Scientific's Global Business Services division is able to effectively train their workforce to become high performing teams by recognizing how all of the service lines connect to and support each other.

Problem:
MedData was merging all of their acquired companies into one company and needed the companies to adhere to one culture. Their head instructional designer tapped us to create an interactive culture training in Articulate Storyline in 4 weeks.
Solution:
We created a culture training in 3 weeks that their entire company can use for years to come. As a result, MedData was able to successfully launch their new brand as Elevate and have a tool to create a cohesive workforce.

Problem:
Boeing wanted to log their meetings in an innovate way to increase the retention of what was said in their meetings and also make the meeting recordings more attractive to watch.
Solution:
We animated their meetings and began to work on additional projects as a result of our successful engagement.
